Lake Shore Lady’s 2019 Workout and Wellness Planner
Happy 2019!!! We made it, friends!! I feel like I haven’t fully reflected on 2018 yet. Something on my to-do list today! But as a whole this year was both tough and wonderful in so many ways. Part of me is sad to see it end, while another part of me is so ready for a fresh start. 2019 is going to be a good one – I can feel it!

One of the reasons why I’m so excited about 2019 is because I created something really special for all of you. Remember those homemade workout planners in my Monthly Fitness Recap posts? Well, I had this idea to create a printable fitness calendar for the ENTIRE year, with extra questions and guidance… but wasn’t sure how to do it. So, I drafted it out and asked for help to make it happen (Hey Em!) and now IT’S REAL!!!

This baby has 2018 reflections, a note from me each month, intentions, affirmations, check-ins, and more! I hope it inspires all of you to not just set resolutions, but tune in to what you need as an individual to live a healthy life and feel your best throughout the entire year – not just the first few weeks of 2019.

I love this !! I was just trying to figure out today how to track my workouts in my new planner and this is a great addition, I can print out and clip right in! Thanks 🙂
