8 Super Bowl Recipes
8 Super Bowl Recipes that are perfect for game day at home!
It’s a double post day, because the SUPER BOWL is this weekend! Adam and I decided to invite some people over on Sunday, which means that I’m going to cook up some delicious food and chat with friends until J.Lo performs 😉
I’m sure I’m not the only one cooking on Sunday, so I thought I’d round up 8 of my favorite Super Bowl recipes that are perfect for any game day at home. And if you’re bringing a dish to someone else’s party, don’t worry! Most of these are easily transportable. Now let’s get to it…
8 Super Bowl Recipes
1. Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
Let’s start with the most obvious choice – CHILI! I love this recipe because it takes just a little bit of work in the morning, and then you can just let it do it’s thing in the slow cooker until you’re ready to serve. I’m making this one on Sunday… and I have a trick that helps ensure there’s enough for the whole group (especially if you aren’t sure how many people are coming/eating). When you set out the toppings, like cheese, sour cream, cornbread, etc – add macaroni noodles to the lineup! People who don’t want any can skip it, but I find that a lot of people love this option. And it helps stretch a double batch from feeding 8-12 people, to feeding closer to 18! (It also depends how many hungry men you’re cooking for ?)

2. Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Sliders
This Buffalo Chicken is the perfect Super Bowl recipe because it is SO easy! It comes together super fast, you can keep it warm in the pot, and everyone can assemble their own sliders as the game goes on!

3. Buffalo Cauliflower Dip
Feeding vegetarians and have NO IDEA what to make?! This Buffalo Cauliflower Dip has all of the familiar Super Bowl flavors, without the meat!
—
4. Portillos Chopped Salad
If you’re going to serve a salad when no one care about being healthy, this Portillos Chopped Salad knockoff recipe is the only acceptable choice. It’s got a TON of flavor, the different textures keep it interesting, and anyone from Chicago will be excited to try it!

5. Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Are you going to roll individual enchiladas for a huge group? Probably not. Luckily, this Chicken Enchilada Casserole has everything your love about enchiladas, without all of the effort! It’s packed with sweet potatoes, black beans, peppers, chicken, and of course – cheese 😉

6. Mac & Cheese Balls
This recipe is so old, I almost forgot about it… but YUM! I mean, how good do baked macaroni & cheese balls sound?!
—
7. Stuffed Pepper Casserole
I know this might seem like a slightly unconventional addition, but I know a whole lot of Italian families that would serve sausage and peppers on game day… so I’m all for a Stuffed Pepper Casserole! Hearty, comforting, and easy to prep ahead of time.

8. Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Looking for a dip that doesn’t take up space in the oven? This Spinach Artichoke Dip is a great easy (and vegetarian!) choice!
