Sometimes simple is best. And in this case… it’s the best. A few simple ingredients come together to become the perfect breakfast, lunch, or even snack.
1 ripe avocado
2 pieces of whole grain/whole wheat bread
red pepper flakes
Toast the bread. Spread 1/2 avocado on each piece of toast. Squeeze the lemon over both slices.
Sprinkle with sea salt. Add some red pepper flakes if you like a little kick!
