The Best of Chicago Restaurant Week 2018
Happy Friday, friends! Sorry for the radio silence since my New Year’s post on Monday – because we didn’t leave Scottsdale until Tuesday evening, I’ve just been trying to play catch up these past few days! (And yes, the Arizona sunshine was amazing!)
But now that I’m back, I’m really excited to start creating content based on YOUR suggestions. And one of the most requested topics is Chicago roundups! Turns out you liked the lists featuring my Favorite Brunches, Healthy Spots and Patios… so this year, I’m going to focus a lot of my Friday roundups on our favorite city!
I have a long list of topics that you all requested, but I thought I’d start the year with a timely topic. Chicago Restaurant Week 2018 is quickly approaching, which means NOW is the time to get your reservations on the books! But if you’re like most people, the complete list is wayyyy too overwhelming. So, I did the work for you! I’ve picked out my favorite participating restaurants that I’ve been to – as well as the restaurants that I’ve been dying to try! I think the keys to Restaurant Week is making sure that it’s a good value for the restaurant AND that the dishes you want to try are on their special menus. Escargot at Mon Ami Gabi and the famous gnocchi at A Tavola are at the top my list this year! What about you?
