If I had all the time in the world, I would probably work out every day. I don’t mean going crazy and “pumping iron” non stop haha – but yoga #everydamnday sounds pretty awesome, right?! Unfortunately, things get busy and it’s hard to fit as many workouts as I’d like into each week. That’s just life!!
