Dublin, Ireland | LSL Travels
You may have seen my posts about Nice and Eze (SO PRETTY!) – but the whole reason for going to Europe was actually for my cousin’s wedding! Since it was my first time over there besides visiting London in High School, I flew out the day before. We spent the whole day in Dublinm and let me tell you, the food might not be my favorite, but it’s one hell of a city. It’s full of the friendliest people, vibrant flowers (that I took LOTS of pictures of ?), live music, and adorable cobblestone streets.
Mmmm Guinness
Of course, we had to stop by the Guinness Factory! I, admittedly, am not really a beer drinker. That being said, everyone told me that Guinness tastes way different (and way better) when you actually have it in Dublin. I was skeptical, but they were totally right!! It was so smooth and creamy, and I was all about it. Plus, there’s something about drinking it in Ireland with a view of the city. I can be a beer drinker for that!
I especially loved how walkable the city was ? We spent the whole day on our feet, exploring different areas… and maybe taking breaks for authentic Irish Coffees…
And of course, we had to end the night in the Temple Bar area. The energy there is seriously amazing- and there’s live music EVERYWHERE! You can’t walk down any street without hearing guitars, fiddles, or Irish folk songs! It’s amazing and I cannot wait to go back one day.
