Easy Baked Turkey Meatballs
Hey friends! I have been super overwhelmed this week, so when it came time to think about today’s Sunday Supper Club, I panicked for a second… and then I realized I’ve never really shown you how to make my easy baked turkey meatballs!
I’ve been making a variation of these meatballs for years because you only need a few ingredients and they are ALWAYS good. Adam requests them on a very regular basis, and since you bake them on their own, you can do whatever you want with them! Add them to a sauce for a double date dinner or save them as is to add to salads or random dinners throughout the week.
While you do have to get your hands a little dirty to roll them, they take less than 10 minutes to prep and then you can forget about them while they bake for 30 minutes. You can also feel free to leave the parsley out and/or add garlic or onion powder if you don’t have those fresh ingredients on hand. I like the real stuff in there though… which is why this recipe is my go-to!
How To Serve Easy Baked Turkey Meatballs
With Tomato Sauce
When you think of meatballs, you probably think of them sitting in a big pot of tomato sauce. right?! That’s because it’s DELICIOUS! I’d recommend them with a homemade pomodoro sauce or vodka sauce, but you could also just buy your favorite jarred sauce, too!
With Pasta
I mean, few things go together as well as meatballs and pasta right?! But I personally don’t think it has be spaghetti. We eat these with regular pasta, but also chickpea and/or brown rice noodles, too. And don’t forget about cauliflower gnocchi and sweet potato gnocchi! Mmmm.
With Zucchini Noodles
If you want to increase your veggie intake, these are great with zucchini noodles! You also don’t even need a spiralizer anymore because you can find pre-cut zucchini noodles in most grocery stores now.
With Salads
This one may be a little unconventional, but I love to add these baked turkey meatballs with salads! I mean, if you can add grilled chicken to a salad, why can’t you add a meatball, right?!
