Holiday Gift Guide
I know you’ve seen a lot of gift guides by now this holiday season, but I’m really excited about this one because it was specifically requested by a bunch of you a few months ago! I totally understand why – family and friends can be pretty easy to find Christmas gifts for, but what do you get the people you don’t know as well? Or the people you don’t want to spend a ton of money on? Not only do some Secret Santa/White Elephant parties have price limits, but budgeting is real this time of year! You can find something great for your coworker and still stay under $50 – I’ll help you!
Plus, you know what else can help your budget? SALES! It was really important to me to get this post (as well as my Gift Guide For Her and Gift Guide For Him!) up before Cyber Week sales for that reason. SO many of these items will be discounted this weekend, which makes shopping early a no brainer!
Easy Christmas Gifts For Coworkers
Storage Bowl for Lunches
There are a bunch of cute food storage options out there, but has a lunch bowl ever looked so stylish?! If I brought my lunch to an office, I’d definitely want one of these. It comes in 3 colors, too!
Reusable Mugs and Tumblers
Speaking of reusable items, a travel cofffe mug is a go to gift for coworkers. That being said, if you know your coworker already has one, there are other options! I love this tumbler that says ‘I am very busy’ for the gal who says she wants to drink more water 😂 In all seriousness though, having a straw can help you drink more water – it’s true! I also think this Chicago mug is cute if they usually make coffee or tea at the office instead of bringing it from home.
Card Case/Business Card Holder
This monogrammed card case is on major sale, but I also love this sleek business card holder! It’s technically over $50, but with their Black Friday promotion, you can stay under that budget! I think it’s is a really nice gesture for great for both male and female coworkers, especially if they just got a new promotion.
Have a coworker who travels all the time? Get him or her this charger kit with a portable charger, multiple charger cables, case, etc. Or, if they love their AirPods, get this this handy AirFly AirPod Flight Adapter, so they can watch movies on all of their flights!
Blue Light Glasses
Do you all complain about how your eyes are tired at the end of the day? (Isn’t it especially bad in the winter when it gets dark early? Ugh!) Get some blue light glasses! I personally love this pair, but this pair is cute too if you’re looking for a more affordable pair!
Silk Hair Ties
Do you work with someone who can never find her hair ties? Get her some more! These silk hair ties are the BEST – so gentle on your hair, and cute too!
If none of the other ideas work, make them something instead! I love the idea of baking a pie, brownies, or even prepping a mason jar with the ingredients so they can make it at home themselves. So easy and inexpensive!
Gifts for Secret Santa/White Elephant
White Claws Sweatshirt
If this sweatshirt isn’t the perfect White Elephant gift, I honestly don’t know what is 😂It would be great for a girlfriend who is extra vocal about her love of White Claws, too!
Star Wars Goodies
Did you know Le Creuset did a collaboration with Star Wars?! While some of it is super expensive, this Millennium Falcon trivet, R2-D2 mini cocette, and Porg Pie Bird are such fun gifts for your friends who can’t get enough of the force!
We love a good game night, so I love the idea of gifting friends games that you can play together! We crack up at Exploding Kittens, but this game called How Old Are You Really? sounds hilarious, too! I also think this movie trivia game looks fun – pretty sure I’d crush it 😉
Pretty sure this candle would get stolen a LOT at a White Elephant party! All hail Lizzo!
Tula Gift Set
I just started testing out Tula products and I’ve been really impressed with them!! So far, their face filter primer and rose glow and get it eye balm are already everyday staples. I’ll talk more about those later, but for now – this 3 piece gift set is a really cute (and useful!) Secret Santa idea. Also, if you use my code LAKESHORELADY you’ll get 15% off, which brings this 6 piece set (with those 2 products I love!) down to $55! (I’m also dying to try the sugar scrub – my friends say it’s heaven!)
I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t enjoy a pair of fuzzy socks… one of the best small gifts you can buy! Get them solid, with polka dots, or holiday themed. They’re cozy no matter what!
Hat and Scarf Set
I love this set because it’s great for someone you’re really close with… but it’s also great for someone you don’t know well! If you live somewhere cold, this is sure to get some good use!
Gifts for Hosts
Half Baked Harvest Cookbook
If you have friends who love to cook, they will LOVE this cookbook. Not only is Half Baked Harvest one of my all time favorite food blogs, but this particular cookbook is DREAMY. We’ve only made one recipe from it so far, but we have about 50 other pages tagged!
Fun Kitchen Accessories
How cute are these spreaders for their cheese board?! And these spatula/cookie cutter sets for the yogi friend or jetsetter pal? They’re so simple, but such a sweet gesture – especially if your friend always hosts!
I know this one isn’t revolutionary at all, but it’s nice to have hand creams in your purse during the winter months!! This little set is so cute, but I also hear that Beautycounter’s hand creams are amazing. My Mom bought them for a bunch of her friends last year, and the packaging looks so good this year!
Customize a gift box!
Of course, you could always just bring a nice bottle of wine – but when you order from Foxtrot, you can add it to a customized gift box while you’re at it! I love the idea of adding wine, some chocolate, and a candle to one of their gift boxes. And did I mention they deliver it right to your door?! Also, if you use the code LAKESHORELADY, you’ll get $5 off your next 3 delivery orders from Foxtrot!
