2020 Gift Guide For Him
You know what a new week in November means? MORE GIFT GUIDES! Last week, I kicked it off what the best gifts by Chicago/artists/companies and some sustainable gift ideas – but if those didn’t have what you’re looking for, don’t worry! I’m not done yet!
To be completely honest, I don’t love these gendered gift guides. I mean, why couldn’t a woman in your life also want a Hypervolt, right? But alas, I’m keeping this one For Him and an upcoming one For Her on my calendar because sometimes it’s nice to have a bunch of ideas all in one spot. I hope this post gives you ideas for all kinds of people on your list! Let’s get to it…
Himalayan Salt Block
If you are shopping for someone who loves to grill, this Himalayan Salt Block is the gift they didn’t know they wanted. We mostly use ours to cook salmon, but you can use it to cook and/or serve a bunch of other things, too. I also love the idea of getting him this rub set – or this even bigger one! All of Williams Sonoma food gifts are amazing, and all of those rubs are so useful!
Hypervolt
I’m honestly thinking about writing a whole post about our Hypervolt… that’s how much we love it. I know it’s a little pricey, but it is awesome. It uses percussion therapy to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness, improve range of motion, promote circulation, and help you recover from workouts faster. Also, I know these are hard to find, but now that we’re all working out from home more, weights are a great gift too. Oh, and don’t forget a subscription to the Peloton app! It is only $12.99 a month and it has a ton of different classes (strength, yoga HIIT, etc) so it’s useful even if you don’t have a bike!
Lululemon Joggers
When in doubt, Lululemon joggers always wins 😂 Adam could care less about clothes, but he always says that Lulu has the best sweatpants ever. Outdoor Voices also have some cute sweat-sets, too!
A musical instrument!
If he’s always wanted to learn how to play an instrument, get him a guitar or keyboard!! We’re all going to be spending a lot of time at home this winter, so why not learn a new skill?
Ember Mug
Know someone who can never finish his coffee while it’s still hot? The Ember Mug allows you to set the exact temperature you want your coffee to be for 1.5 HOURS. Not too hot, not too cold, just right. (Obviously, this is a great gift for busy Moms too!)
Allbirds Mizzles
I know I already talked about Allbirds in my Sustainable Gift Guide, and I’ll probably talk about them in more if we’re being honest… but they’re just SO GOOD. These Runner-up Mizzles are perfect for any low maintenance man in your life. These shoes are warm and weather repellent, so they can wear them all winter long – and if they ever get dirty, just pop them in the washing machine!
Wireless Headphones
I’m not trying to knock Airpods because I know a lot of people LOVE them, but they’re also not cheap. Luckily, a few of my friends told me about this $20 pair that they have instead, and they say they’re awesome! Such a great stocking stuffer!
I’ll be updating this post throughout the next few weeks as things sell out and I see other great options, too. Hope these are helpful, friends!!

Hi! Great gift guide…REI carries a Trigger Point percussion massage gun that is considerably less than the Hypervolt, for anybody who needs that price point (especially if you’re a member and apply the dividend)!
