Greek Yogurt Parfait
I have been hearing about how great greek yogurt is for a while now… but to be honest, I just don’t like it that much on it’s own. So, I paired it with some of my other favorite flavors for the perfect breakfast, lunch, or snack!
Here’s how you make it!
3/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
1/2 cup muesli
In a blender, combine greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries, and peanut butter. I also put in a little bit of Juice Plus Complete Powder to add a little bit of extra sweetness and protein. Blend.
Pour into a glass or bowl. Top with muesli or granola. I used Vanilla Cherry Pecan Toasted Muesli in mine.

Top with sliced banana, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of honey!
You can definitely be creative with your toppings- add more fruit, nuts, coconut flakes… anything goes!
