Green Chia Smoothie
I’m a big smoothie fan. They’re easy, quick, and healthy… three things that we are all looking for, right? Since the sun has been rising earlier, I’ve been getting more of my workouts out of the way in the morning. I come home awake and centered, so this smoothie is the perfect way to keep that energy going throughout the rest of the day.
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup baby spinach, baby kale and/or baby chard

Start with the almond milk (or whatever milk you prefer) and banana.
Add the mangoes, greens, and chia seeds. I used a mix of baby spinach, baby kale and baby chard. If you only have baby spinach, that will definitely work!
Blend it up!
Perfect at home or on the go!

I love green smoothies! My favorite is a frozen banana, almond milk, spinach, peanut butter and greek yogurt!
