Greens with Figs and Brie
So, you saw yesterdays post from Roasted Figs – but what do you do with them?! I’m going to show you my two favorite ways to eat them, starting with this salad.
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Whisk white balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper, dijon mustard, and honey together. I always eyeball the dijon mustard and honey measurements. Mix a little bit of this dressing over the mixed greens, but don’t drown it.
Add slices of brie and spoon the figs on top – including the juices!
The sweetness of the figs mixed with the creaminess of the brie makes this salad anything but boring.
