I feel like snacks are the hardest thing to keep healthy, especially if you aren’t at home. I do love chopping up avocado with tomatoes, boiled eggs and lemon juice – sometimes for breakfast!

One of my fav snacks is an apple or banana with nut butter. I also love avocados and will just eat them with a spoon 🙂 I have to try these cracker snacks though!

Those Wasa crackers look so yummy! Maybe try peppers on top with a light spreadable cheese?

Oo good idea! I’ve been obsessed with Kite Hill’s cream cheese style spread – but it’s made from almonds! So cool!

Avocado toast on rye bread is my favorite snack! I’m also into making my own hummus – it’s good for you and by making it yourself, you know there’s no added sugar.

      June 22, 2017 @ 7:32 am

I actually haven’t made homemade hummus in a while! Gotta do that again!

Have you tried Purely Elizabeth granola!? I just got a bag the other day (on sale at target!), and its bomb! Seriously, their blueberry granola is the best granola I’ve tasted. So good.

Lauren, I’m sure you already know I scroll through your blog every day, and Will and I make SO many of your awesome meals! This one came at an especially good time though as it’s summer for me, aka. I’m at home snacking all day long! Thanks for always providing such solid and applicable content!!!

Oo I can’t wait to try both of these. Such good ideas! I’m definitely going to try these other suggestions too because I have a mean sweet tooth and these look like some good healthy options.

You can also never go wrong with laughing cow spreadable cheese and apples. I’m a big fan of white cheddar!

These look delish! I haven’t tried wasa crackers but I might have to now! I usually have a similar snack on a lightly salted rice cake – avocado and a sprinkle of Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel mix! So good!

Both of those are great options.

I also have Justin’s Almond Butter with Banana slices or raw honey with chocolate chips( only like 3-4 chips)

    Fingers crossed!

Ah those look so good! My go-to snack is egg whites with Archer Farms Pineapple Peach Salsa. I know it sounds weird but it helps satisfy my savory cravings!

I think I’d make a light version of egg salad for a cracker topping – I love the crunch of crackers with the mushiness of the egg salad!

I call myself a grazer – I eat light, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch & dinner but I feel like I’m constantly nibbling on something during the rest of the day. So, I try to be mindful of what I’m snacking on! I’m a HUGE avocado consumer, so sometimes I honestly just cut one open, remove the pit, add some salt & pepper and eat it with a spoon. When I worked in an office atmosphere, my morning snack was always sliced apples or celery and sunflower seed butter – so so good! Thanks for sharing the Wasa cracker snack ideas – I love Wasa so I’ll definitely be giving these a try. 🙂

While I haven’t tried Wasa crackers yet I would definitely love to – they sound delicious! My current favorite healthy snack is frozen grapes. They are like a little burst of summer joy when you eat them on a hot day and they are guilt free! 🙂

Some of my favorite healthy snacks are avocado toast with a dash of garlic salt, bananas and natural peanut butter, a “trail mix” of almonds and golden raisins. Thanks for the chance.
