Kale Chips
Kale has become one of my favorite vegetables and this is one of my favorite ways to eat it. If you are a snacker, you will be amazed at how addicting these are!
Here’s how you make them!
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
a few tablespoons of olive oil
sea salt
—
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Tear the kale leaves into rough pieces. Wash and dry them.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Toss the kale with olive oil and sea salt – just enough to coat the leaves.
Spread them out on the pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
That’s it!
They come out light and crunchy. Perfect for snacking.
Enjoy!

Kale chips are the best! I usually go with the Whole Foods ones, and never realized how easy it is to make them. I'll have to give it a try!
