Lemon Parmesan Asparagus
Today I’m going to show you my favorite way to make asparagus. This is super easy cooking right here. Super easy and super delish.
Ingrdients
Asparagus
Lemon
Parmesan
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
That’s all you need! And when it comes out of the oven, it looks like this:
Turn the broiler on and let your oven get nice and hot.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spread your clean asparagus over it.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Make sure they are all in a nice even layer and when your oven is hot, pop them in.
Let them cook for 5-10 minutes. I am giving you this big window of time because every broiler is different, so you should watch them. You want the asparagus to be fork tender but not total mush, and the tips should start to crisp.
Take them out of the oven, and drizzle parmesan cheese over the top, and pop them back in.
After about a minute (again, watch it!), the cheese should be melty and you can take them out to cool.
While cooling, squeeze a half of a lemon over the top of the asparagus.
Transfer to a plate for serving.
Yes, you are going to want to eat this straight out of the pan.
The perfect side dish for your next dinner party!

Okay, not going to lie, usually I'm scared of asparagus. But this looks and sounds amazing!!
Isn’t That Charming.

One of my favorite side dishes ever! The lemon makes everything taste so fresh, and asparagus is probably my favorite veggie.
