LSL Weekly Meal Plan #12
Happy Saturday, friends! I feel like it’s a weekday because I got full camera ready and filmed a virtual TV segment about my individual ice cream pies at 8:30am ? But now that that’s done, I’m planning on spending most of the day in the sun with Adam and Luna!
Before we get to this week’s meal plan, just a reminder that you can also always use my meal planning downloads to help you brainstorm and prep! For just $2.99, you’ll get a Meal Plan Template (so you can mix and match recipes from this post vs. family favorites), a categorized Grocery List Template, and a Meal Builder – aka my secret weapon when putting meals together based on what I have on hand. That’s right – 3 buckaroos will get you organized and in charge of your kitchen. I don’t know about you, but I’d call that a STEAL.

breakfast ideas
I had bananas and zucchini on hand that I needed to use. So I made these oatmeal cups this week! I also love that they make mornings really easy and they aren’t super sweet at all. I heat it up a little and then drizzle almond butter on top. YUM!
lunch ideas
Until I can figure out a way to make my lentil salad look pretty, I’m going to keep directing you to my favorite quinoa salad… so good!
