LSL Weekly Meal Plan #4
Happy Weekend! It’s time for another Weekly Meal Plan… but I’m also SO EXCITED to announce that I have some new customizable MEAL PLANNING DOWNLOADS for you!! Because I know a lot of you who enjoy these posts can’t necessarily commit to every recipe I suggest, I created a Meal Plan Template for you to fill in yourself. I also created a categorized Grocery List Template so you can stay organized when you head to the store, along with a Meal Builder (and examples!) to help you come up with dinners based on what you have on hand!
*Click here to purchase all of them for just $2.99!*
You can also read more about why I made these and download the meal plan template on its own for free, too. A little gift for ya – although, I totally recommend getting all of them, duh ?
lsl weekly meal plan #4
night 1 – Gochujang Noodles
If you like spicy food at all, these Gochujang Noodles are super comforting. Carbs and spice and a little grease? It’s like homemade takeout!
night 2 – Burger Night with Kale Salad
Since the Lemon Butter Chicken and Orzo on Night 4 calls for some kale, I thought it made sense to add a kale salad into the mix another night. You could use other greens if you’re not a kale fan – but I love this kale caesar recipe if you’re up for it! Serve it with whatever burgers you like best: beef, turkey, veggie, etc. Usually when we do burger night, Adam makes a beef burger and I make a Beyond Meat burger. Don’t knock it til you try it – they’re SO GOOD! Topped with some spicy brown mustard and caramelized onions? Anddddd now I’m hungry ?
night 3 – Gochujang Noodles leftovers
Go easy on yourself and heat these up… or eat them cold! There are no rules in quarantine!
night 4 – One Skillet Lemon Butter Chicken and Orzo
This recipe has been on my list for a while and I am SO excited to make it this week! I love every recipe I’ve ever made by Half Baked Harvest, and it looks like it’s pretty similar to my Lemon Chicken recipe, which is a favorite around here. YUM!
night 5 – Shakshuka
If you’re sick of meat, shakshuka is an awesome vegetarian meal option, and you might even have all of the ingredients already! Serve with crusty bread for a comforting breakfast-for-dinner.
night 6 – Lemon Butter Chicken and Orzo Leftovers
If there’s not quite enough for the two of you to eat leftovers, just made a side salad to go with it!
night 7 – Order in or make a frozen pizza!
I’m realizing that we all need a night off here and there. Order from your favorite restaurant or make a frozen pizza. We’ve been loving Open Nature Cauliflower Crust pizzas – so thin and crispy!

breakfast ideas
I am making these 2 ingredient bagels today – head to my stories to see how they turn out! I’ve also been loving smoothies again. All you need is some milk, frozen fruit, and frozen spinach and you’ve got a delicious breakfast!
lunch ideas
I’m really loving a mix of greens, quinoa, veggie burger, and hummus. It’s easy to keep everything on hand and easy to whip up in the middle of the day!

grocery list
Here is everything you need for these recipes! I did not include extra groceries for breakfasts or lunch though, so be sure to add those ingredients into the “other” section.
