Madison & Rayne: Ginger Crusted Salmon with Miso Barley
I love to cook… obviouslyyy if you follow this blog, you already know that! You also probably already know that I’m SUPER passionate about getting other people in their kitchens, too. If you meet me and tell me you’re “not good at cooking,” I’ll probably tell you to come to this blog and follow the step by step pictures/videos… or just invite myself over to cook with you 🙂
The thing is: most people are very capable of cooking a good meal, it just might not come as naturally. Enter: Madison & Rayne.
This company is seriously cool, and it makes me giddy that they can help people create gorgeous meals all by themselves! The trick is in the prep – everything is pre-washed, pre-measured, pre-marinated, pre-chopped… plus, everything is labeled so you know what order you’ll need them! There’s also a card with the recipe and a list of necessary utensils/pans/pots. Easy Peasy.
Not only do I love that this enables people to get in their kitchens, but I love that it provides a healthy homemade option that’s great for both busy young professionals and families. Everyone can feel good about eating all of these seasonal recipes, especially knowing that they include local organic ingredients. You know I love anything that proves that healthy food can also be delicious food!
And without further ado, here’s a sneak peek into making one of their recipes…
I mean, how beautiful is that?! And it took less than 20 minutes from start to finish!
Mouth watering? Want to try it?! Use the code NOLAN30 for $30 off of your first order. That’s a free meal for two, people!
Let me know if you try it!

It was delicious – and so quick! Not washing, chopping and measuring the ingredients makes the whole cooking process so much faster!
