Happy OCTOBER, everyone!!! This post is for all of you who have told me that you’ve missed my Workout & Wellness Planner this year… I listened to you and it’s BACK! Well, kind of.
My Workout & Wellness Planners are BACK!
For those of you who have no idea what I’m talking about, I started creating monthly workout planners a few years ago, which evolved into a full Workout & Wellness Planner for all of 2019 and 2020. While it didn’t make sense to put the time and money into creating one for 2021, I was surprised at the amount of you who have missed it this year. So, I came up with a new approach!
At the beginning of every month, I will email all of my subscribers a set of planners. This includes questions about your monthly goals, a weekly planner, a daily planner, and a monthly tracker to keep you motivated. Use a few or use them all – it’s totally up to you!
I find that planning and tracking my workouts are the key for me when it comes to consistently exercising. There will always be excuses not to, but if I include it in my schedule (like I would a meeting or appointment!), I’m far more likely to follow through. And when I follow through at least a few times a week, I always feel better.
