Palm Springs Inspired Bachelorette Party
I’ve been talking about posting about my soon to be sister-in-law’s adorable Bachelorette Party for WEEKS… and I finally did it!! Throwback Thursday style babyyyy 🙂
For real though, this weekend was so. freaking. cute.
Ali has had a very clear vision for her Palm Springs wedding since even before my brother proposed (haha, truth time), but I honestly didn’t realize how far we could take the theme until the planning really begun. Lucky for Ali, her sisters Dani and Jacquie got on the same wavelength real quick and found the most darling ways to make this bachelorette party perfect for this particular bride. Ummmm…. Jennie and Kate… I’m sorry I didn’t do this good of a job at your parties. This is serious MOH MVP status right here.
Mind. Blown.
First of all, the gift wrapping was on POINT. I loved Dani’s idea for all of us to pitch in for collective gifts. Don’t get me wrong, most people understand that Bachelorette Parties cost money, but it’s certainly nice when they don’t break the bank. And considering she’s marrying my brother, I’m not super interested in buying her lingerie haha – but when you pool together everyone’s budget, you can get the bride some really gorgeous pieces!! (Hint: Asos has an awesome selection!) I might blush at the thought of some of the typical bachelorette gifts, but as you guys know, I’m all for pretty little things.
In addition to gifts for her, she also had gifts for US! We all rocked these tanks and these cactus Mason Jars alllll weekend long. The cactus shot glasses might have been put to good use too… those of you who follow my snapchat probably caught on to that…
(PS. My snapchat username is lakeshorelady – there’s a dress on there right now that is DEF coming with me to Palm Springs!)
Oh and there were cactus margarita glasses, napkins, straws, stir sticks and cookies. Because, duh.

Didn’t hurt that we could take these (possibly spiked, shhh…) down to the beach. Bliss.
Ummmm I told you that homegirl doesn’t mess around. How cute is her palm print dress???
We all went pretty hard the first night so this flowy top was perfect for Day 2 while we recovered from all the partying, late night pizza and far too many Cheez-Its. Believe it, I went into full vaca mode that weekend!
There’s that wrapping paper again. Heart eyes!
We ended the weekend with a gorgeous South Haven sunset. These pictures don’t do it justice at all!
Who wouldn’t want to hang out with the ‘goon girls, sweatshirts and s’mores?! I mean, come ON.
Can’t wait for the big day!
