Pretty Pink Party Details

You guys know that I love all things girly, so I got so excited when I got the Papyrus Jardin entertaining collection!! Ombre cups? Floral plates and flowers? Patterned straws?! Yes yes yes!

Despite being absolutely adorable, I love how convenient these are when you’re entertaining. Yes, I set up a little mock party to take photos – but I plan on taking ALL of this to my friend Caroline’s Bachelorette Party this weekend! That way, we have some cute little touches, but we also don’t have to be bogged down with dishes at our Airbnb. These plates and cups will be absolutely perfect for pizza and cocktails before going out… or pizza and water after ?

To be honest, that’s my favorite kind of Bachelorette weekend. I love girly touches to make it special for the bride, without going too over the top. Honestly, doesn’t everyone just enjoy the chance to hang out and have a good time together?! We’re going to do one crazy night out on the town (in Lake Geneva, ha!). And the next day, after we nurse our hangovers, we’re going on a boat! CANNOT WAIT!

I wanted to have some sweets for this festive shoot, but I hate having lots of cupcakes/cookies in my apartment. Luckily, I was looking around Plum Market in Old Town and I saw these Hail Merry tarts! The ingredients are so simple and clean, and they taste AMAZING! I’m definitely going to start grabbing them for get-togethers when I’m not sure anyone will indulge, but I still want to serve something sweet.

I mean… how adorable are these cups and straws from the collection?! So perfect!
