Breakfast Smoothie [Video]
Happy Wednesday, everyone! Today’s post is for all of you us that might be experiencing a mid-week slump. This smoothie is easy, nutritious and (bonus) it tastes like a milkshake! Check it out!
Ingredients
4 tbsp peanut butter
1 small banana
1 small banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
*use almond butter instead of PB and cacao powder instead of cocoa to make it paleo!
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy on the go!
