Anyone else been loooving slow cooker recipes recently?! I don’t know why it took me so long to get a crock pot (and actually use it), but it’s been pretty life changing. I’ve mentioned to you guys before that meal prep isn’t my strong suit… but making a big batch of something in a slow cooker on Sunday is quite literally the EASIEST way to have multiple lunches and/or dinners throughout the week. And since the possibilities are pretty much endless, I’ve started pinning all of the recipes I’ve tried, plus all of the ones I’m dying to test out! The best part? They’re all pretty healthy AND crowd-pleasing. Aka you won’t get sick of it or feel guilty about eating it all week, AND your significant other will love it, too! WIN!
