Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Yay sports! Go teams! In all seriousness, I really can’t get over the fact that the Super Bowl looked so much different just one year ago. We had at least 15 people over to watch with us, tons of food, lots of half time discussion (JLO AND SHAKIRA!)… and then pretty much one month later, the world shut down. So wild.

Since I was feeling nostalgic for the “before times”, I asked our friend Rob for the buffalo chicken recipe he followed last year because it was SO GOOD. Definitely not a healthy version of anything, but I think it will be fun to have something that really screams Super Bowl – pandemic or not. What are you guys making today?!
