Sunday Spotlights 35
Happy Sunday! There’s not a whole lot to report over here… this weekend has been a whole lot of pajamas and taxes – the glamorous life ? While I’m weirdly okay with these low key weekends, they also make me really antsy for the time when we can go out for patio drinks or go on a quick getaway. That vaccine can’t come soon enough!
Sunday Spotlights 35
I recently purchased this Paw Soother Balm for Luna and it’s been such a game changer for her paws this winter.
If you haven’t done anything to help people in Texas yet, I highly recommend this spreadsheet that @sharonsaysso started. I wish I could send money to every single one of these entries.
I’ve been watching last night’s SNL this morning and it keeps cracking me up. If you watched Bridgerton and/or love the song Driver’s License, you have to watch!
Both my tie dye sweatsuit and my new favorite work-from-home leggings are on sale again. HIGHLY recommend both!
Big congrats to Jess and Neal on their big announcement!!! So excited for you guys!!!
The Daily has had some really helpful episodes this week. Don’t miss “The Blackout In Texas” and “Children and Covid.”
I forgot how good my gochujang noodles are – they totally satisfied my takeout craving last night!
You can still get my favorite bath salts as a part of Equilibria’s Buy One, Get One 50% Off Sale! And if you are a first time buyer, you can also use my code LAKESHORELADY for an additional 15% off. Yay for savings!
I loved this post about setting healthy boundaries so much.
This dress makes me want spring to come so badly!
My friend shared this article about a 30 year old who has had COVID-19 for almost a full year now and it broke my heart. This virus is so so scary.
I have been eyeing this puffer all winter long and I don’t know what took me so long. It is SO much better than the J.Crew puffer I bought years ago – it’s warmer, it has a cute waist, and it has a sherpa lined hood! Also, the solid colors are still on sale + 40% off!
Cecily Strong and Keegan-Michael Key are starring in a new series that is a “love letter to golden age musicals.” Ummm YES PLEASE, I AM YOUR TARGET MARKET!!!
Speaking of musical shows, Tina Fey is also producing a new show about a one-hit-wonder girl group starring Busy Phillips, Sara Bareilles, and Renee Elise Godsberry (from Hamilton!!!).
I recently discovered a Chicago based bridal brand called Grace + Ivory that has created a try-at-home program so brides can choose their wedding dress in their own homes on their own terms. You can read more about it in their latest blog post!
