Happy Sunday, friends! We are still in pajamas over here and leaning into a slow and restful pace today. But we were fun yesterday! Adam had the genius idea to drive out to Indiana Dunes National Park for a hike and walk on the beach, and it was such a nice change of scenery. It was a little chilly, but the sun was shining and Luna was SO HAPPY. Now if only the nice weather can stick around so we can do that more often!
Also before we dive in to links, I just want to say another big thank you for all of the support around our latest wedding update. It’s always a little nerve wrecking whenever I publish something vulnerable, especially this past year when tensions have been high (which can lead to people forgetting their manners ?). But the past few days have been filled with NOTHING but support and I appreciate it more than I can say. Thank you to all of you who took the time to read, comment, and/or message with me about it. This is the best community and I am seriously so grateful for all of you. Now, let’s get more vaccines going so more couples can celebrate!

My cousin recommended Beyond The Pill (which was actually sent to me when it first came out) so I found my copy and downloaded the audiobook to listen to on walks… holy moly, it is BLOWING MY MIND. It turns out that my hormonal headaches, along with some other symptoms I’ve been dealing with the past year+, could very possibly be due to estrogen dominance and other imbalances. Who knew?!
