Sunday Spotlights 60
Happy Sunday! I was late to press publish on this post because I didn’t known what to write in this intro 😂 But after hanging around the house all day yesterday, I finally went back to Legendary Lash & Nail to replace my pink ombre nails from the wedding (which lasted OVER a month!) with a fall color. After that, Adam and I went out to dinner on a patio and then met friends at a street fest to dance to 16 Candles, which was SO fun. We’ve been on a mission to enjoy every nice night we have left before the cold front comes in – and I think we’re doing a pretty good job!
Sunday Spotlights 60
Alright so these OTK boots have been in my cart ever since a reader recommended them… but then I saw that these are 40% off at J.Crew right now with code MOREFALL! And they don’t have a heel which means I’ll wear them more… just being honest 😉
I also love these knee high boots, this coat, and this puff sleeve sweater. They’re all so versatile!
No, vaccinated people are not ‘just as likely’ to spread the coronavirus as unvaccinated people. That is incorrect.
My friend made Ted Lasso biscuits for our girl’s night on Friday and I’m happy to report that they are delicious.
Remember when I wore this dress on Friday? Umm I’m wearing it again today. It’s just so easy breezy!
West Side Story has always been one of my all time favorite musicals, and Steven Spielberg’s new remake looks INCREDIBLE.
I found a bunch of really great fall dresses for this post from Mango and now they are offering 30% off sitewide! I am eyeing this one and this one. So chic, right?!
OMG have you seen the Britney vs. Spears trailer? Woah.
I am SO excited to try this “sweater shirt” from a new-to-me brand. It looks so soft and cozy!
I’m so glad more and more women are sharing stories like this.
Have you guys heard about this multi-million dollar Cape Cod wedding? I started following their wedding planner (thanks to Kerri!) and I cannot get over every detail she has shared. INSANE.
I have mixed feelings about filters on Instagram – obviously, you’ve all seen me use the “KODAK by TyFrench” filter on all different kinds of stories I’ve shared. And yes, sometimes I’ll throw that on when sharing my face because it makes me feel a little bit more confident (especially if I’m recording in bad lighting). But even still, Liz’s video and caption resonated a lot. I often see people using filters that literally changes their face – raises cheekbones, slims your face, makes lips fuller, changes eye colors – and those bother me, too. Where do you guys stand on filters??
Check out this video our wedding videographer made. I am getting SO EXCITED to see ours!!
