Good morning from snowy Chicago! I knew we were getting a little bit of snow overnight, but I wasn’t expecting to walk Luna out into a winter wonderland this morning! I actually kind of love it – it’s so fluffy and bright. Plus, we don’t have any plans to go anywhere today. Snow days are always better snuggled up on the couch 😉
Speaking of going places – we were social again this weekend! After almost a whole month of being anti-social, we went out not one, but TWO nights in a row! On Friday, we finally made it to Andros Taverna and it blew. us. away. I kept hearing it was awesome so I was expecting a lot, and it still managed to over-deliver. They had a special of prawns wrapped in thin strips of phyllo dough that I’ll be dreaming about for a very long time. SO GOOD.
And then last night we went to Ada Street, which I hadn’t been to in years. Someone messaged me last night saying that it’s such a vibe – and it REALLY is. If you go soon, don’t skip the mussels or the gnocchi. Both were so great for sharing!

I devoured this 4 book series by Elin Hilderbrand. It’s about a family on Nantucket with a love for Christmas and whole lot of drama. They were all such quick easy reads and by the end of the series, I really really loved this family. I already miss them!
