Happy Sunday!! It’s Sunday Spotlights 68! We’ve honestly been having my ideal winter weekend over here. We’ve been social… but I’ve also been in bed by midnight 😂 Can you tell I’m almost 35?! Anyway, we had some friends over on Friday for my slow cooker pork ragu which was so so nice – and delicious. I had messed it up the last time I made it (make sure you get a boneless cut of meat! and fat is good for flavor!), so I was a little nervous – but it turned out perfectly tender for them. PHEW. I also just freaking love Fridays with a home cooked meal, games, red wine… so cozy!
For Sunday Spotlights 68, then yesterday, I caught up on a bunch of work (like writing this post 😉) and then we went to 3 Arts Cafe in Restoration Hardware! I haven’t been there since I lived in Old Town, and being down in that area brought so many memories back. Plus, that restaurant is just as beautiful as I remembered. Like, wow. Truly one of the prettiest places to eat a meal in all of Chicago. SO. DREAMY. (Also, shoutout to the sweet gal who said hi! Please let me know when you finally get a Purple Martin cocktail at The Warbler!!!)

Amanda Kloots is always so inspiring to me and this mindset shift is SO helpful.
I’ve been eying these crossover straight leg jeans and now they’re on sale – should I go for it?!
I’m still laughing at this Peyton Manning skit on SNL. GENIUS.
I thought this article about influencers quitting Instagram was really well written and interesting. So much of what they said is exactly why I’ve continued to dedicate so much time to this blog and my Monday emails!
This Jennifer Aniston-inspired salad looks so good!
I need to make this vegan chocolate mousse for Adam. I love that it only requires a few super simple ingredients!
My mind is blown by this closet door update. My mind would never think to do this – but it looks amazing!
In addition to the barre and yoga classes, I took Sculpt (Bands) with Amanda on Bande last week and I loooooved it. Her energy was MADE for live two-way classes. Click here to try a week for free – I promise that you’ll love these classes so much!
Did you know that the guy who created Wordle made it for his partner who loves word games? My heart!
This is me when I watch Ozark, too.
I need this new Califia Farms creamer… YUM.
This truly couldn’t be more accurate 😂
