Taco Week: Avocado Crema
So far, I’ve shown you the Tomatillo Salsa and Mango Salsa. Today’s recipe is Avocado Crema. Never had it? Usually stick to regular guacamole? Me too. But this… this is made for tacos. It spreads perfectly onto the tortilla, ensuring creamy avocado-ness in every bite. Oh yeah.
Here’s how you make it!

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper
This part is really hard. Put it all in a blender and puree until smooth. Add more water if it’s to thick for you. Make sure the salt and pepper seasoning is to your liking.
