My favorite part of Thanksgiving is definitely the side dishes. Stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes- yes! But to add a little bit more nutritional value to the meal, I also love these vegetable dishes. And if you only try one of my recipes this whole week, make it the Stuffed Mushrooms.
