The Best of Chicago Restaurant Week 2019
Your go-to guide for the Best of Chicago Restaurant Week 2019!
Who is excited for Chicago Restaurant Week 2019?! (Me! Me!) After the response to this post last year (and a few requests for another one this year!), I was really excited to put this one together. Sure, roundups are always fun, but the work that goes into them always feels more worth it when I know they’re actually helpful to you guys! ❤️
But let’s back up. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Chicago Restaurant Week, it’s two weeks of incredible dining deals at the city’s top restaurants. Been wanting to try a new hotspot but afraid of the what the bill might be? Every single one of these special menus are either $24 for brunch/lunch, or $36/$48 for dinner. Every. Single. One. How amazing is that?!
Now, even though this doesn’t happen until January 25 – February 7th, I highly recommend looking over these menus and making your reservations now because they will fill up fast. You can obviously sift through the full list of participating restaurants, but there are 393. Just slightly overwhelming! Luckily, I’ve picked out the best menus from restaurants I personally love, as well as a few I’ve been dying to try! Let’s dive in…

The best deal I’ve seen is the new Odyssey river cruise boat (google images it- its all glass & looks SO cool) is included in restaurant week! So instead of their $150-75 cruises you get a dinner & cruise for $48! I think it’s one of the most underrated participants in restaurant week!

I would
Skip a tavola … I’m not a complainer and I have had two bad experiences there … they forgot to tell us about a $25 corking fee for the BYOB … we almost barfed when we found out we had to spend $100 extra for drink 4 $10 bottles of wine ?…. also the food is not that great … loved monteverde though ❤️
