The Perfect St. Patrick’s Day Sweatshirt
St. Patrick’s Day Sweatshirt: c/o The Daily Tay (Not only is my friend Taylor hilarious, she also has an online shop with the cutest festive shirts/sweatshirts. I’m wearing a small in this one and it’s super soft and cozy. Use code LAUREN15 for 15% off!) | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff (Use code SPRING for up to 25% off this week!) | Jeans: c/o Everlane (You guys know I love my Everlane jeans, but it’s important to note that this style is a bit different than my favorite skinnies. These DO NOT have stretch in them, so you just have to be prepared for rigid denim. If you love the style but prefer your jeans to be a little roomy, I’d just recommend going up a size!) | Sunglasses: Loft | Sneakers: c/o Everlane (I can’t stop talking about these sneakers! I mostly love that they don’t need to be broken in, they run true to size and they’re CUTE – but you can read more about them in this post!)
More St. Patrick’s Day options:
St. Patrick’s Day in Chicago is kind of a big deal. It feels like a kick off celebration for spring each year – people are out ALL DAY, tons of bars have special deals, and the city dyes the river green, for goodness sake. It’s a party to say the least!
So what do you wear on a day like this? Honestly, whatever you want! For me, if I’m going to be out in the middle of the day, I don’t want to dress up like I’m going to a club ? When I asked if you guys were interested in a post like this, a bunch of you told me that you prefer to be low key, too! My favorite was a request to find “something cute that doesn’t look that I tried too hard.” SAME GIRL. Luckily, my friend Taylor has the perfect tees and sweatshirts to help with that!
Also if this specific sweatshirt isn’t speaking to you, she has a bunch of other options! I especially love this fun play on a designer tee and this “Let’s Day Drink” tee – both are perfect with jeans or tied in a knot at the waist with a skirt. Also, the St. Patrick’s Day sweatshirt I’m wearing is available for Dallas, too! Any Texans out there?!
Don’t forget to use code LAUREN15 for 15% off!
