Swim Week: Triangl Bikini
Hey guys! It’s Day 2 of this year’s swim week and it’s all about one of the most popular swim brands around: TRIANGL! Seriously, this brand is everywhere – on models, celebrities, even your instagram feed… and with good reason! Their swimsuits are unique, sexy, colorful and perfect for the beach.
Yes, more and more of your friends are probably getting these suits, but that doesn’t mean you can’t go for one, too. My style alone comes 14 different colors! (loooving this new color combo)
I will warn you though – their neoprene material is part of the appeal and frustration for most people. This is not your typical bathing suit! The fabric is thick and feels a little bit like a scuba suit, which means it stays in place and has some nice structure; but it also means that it doesn’t stretch.
I’m normally a size 0/2 in tops/dresses and a 26 in jeans, and I ordered an XS top and a M bottom. I decided to size up in the bottoms which was definitely the right choice. There’s no shame in a little bit more room for the booty – plus you really don’t have to worry about it falling off. Trust me, this material stays put!
As you may have noticed, Ali and I shot this on a cloudy day, so the sunglasses weren’t totallyyy necessary. We thought about re-scheduling the shoot, but after SO MANY cloudy and chilly “summer” days in Chicago we just went with it! Hopefully we only have summery days ahead, so I’m sure you’ll see this bikini pop up in sunshine on Instagram, Facebook or even my latest social media venture -Snapchat! Username: lakeshorelady 🙂

I've been eyeing triangl for over a year now…I think it's finally time to take the plunge and buy one already! You look amazing!!
