Wellness and Fitness Gift Guide
Who’s ready for another gift guide?! I know that some gift guides can feel really general, so I’m excited to highlight one of my favorite specific topics: wellness and fitness! I love getting these types of gifts because they’re so USEFUL. It’s not a gift just for the sake of a gift – it’s something that they can use day in and day out for a long time to come. And they make you feel GOOD. Three cheers for that!
P.volve as Wellness and Fitness Gift
I really like having both high impact and low impact workouts to choose from, and P.volve has become my favorite low impact option. I’ve been a subscriber for a few months now and their classes have been perfect for me, especially as I figure out how to cycle sync my workouts. If you have anyone on your list looking for a low impact option, or who just likes to exercise in general, you can get 40% off their site right now with code HOLIDAY. In other words, you can gift their Essentials Kit (what I have!) for just $48! Talk about an affordable and super useful gift!
Workout Clothes
If you work out with any sort of regularity, getting fresh new workout clothes is always nice. Especially when they’re CUTE! The majority of my sports bras and leggings are from Lululemon – and you can read my whole guide to fabrics/lengths/sizes in this guide to Lululemon leggings. I also just got this Peloton sports bra and leggings which have blown me away. The quality and fit are on par with Lulu for SURE. And if you’re looking for something less expensive, I also love this $20 Amazon tank. It’s so cute!
Peloton and Accessories
Speaking of Peloton apparel, a Peloton bike is a great gift too! Obviously, it’s not cheap – but if you have a whole group of people to chip in, it’s an amazing gift. I actually just wrote a whole big review to talk through if I think it’s worth it or not. (TLDR: I do!)
If they already have a bike, you could get them some accessories! Since I got an original Peloton Bike that comes with a stationary screen, I also bought The Pivot which is an attachment that allows you to swivel your screen for bike bootcamp and strength classes. I also think this fan would be so handy for sweat-ers like me ๐
Oura Ring
I bought myself an Oura Ring a few weeks ago and I AM OBSESSED. I promise to write a whole big blog post once I’ve had it for a full month – but I’ll give you the shortened version here. I don’t like things on my wrist so I’ve never been able to stick with a Fitbit nor have I wanted an Apple Watch. But after a particularly brutal month of hormonal headaches, I realized that some sort of tracker with health insights might help me – and I chose Oura because it has so many sleep insights.
Well, and because it’s pretty! After just a few weeks of wear, it has already helped me find a better balance between activity and rest around the time that I usually got headaches – so much so that I didn’t need to take any Advil or Excedrin this month! I am a HUGE fan and think it’s an amazing gift for any health nut.
Recovery tools
I feel like Hypervolts and Therabodys were the โitโ gift a few years ago, but we still use our Hypervolt all the time so Iโm including it again this year. I also keep hearing great things about this acupressure mat. I’m so curious about it!
Athleisure Set
I just discovered Vuori and WOW their stuff is a TREAT. I particularly love this crew neck and matching joggers. I want to live in them all winter long – and it’s so nice to know that they came from a super awesome sustainable company. I can’t imagine anyone not loving this gift.
Walking Pad as Wellness and Fitness Gift
Yes you’re going to see this walking pad on multiple gift guides this season, but that’s because I love mine SO MUCH! Now that it gets dark super early and it’s starting to get really cold, I’m so glad that I can get extra steps in each day at home – especially since I can work at the same time, too!! You can read all about the one I chose in this post. I like to wear these sneakers while I walk, which would also make an amazing gift!
