My picks from the sale + the best Sephora gifts for her!
Sephora Gifts For Her: MERIT Mini Flush Balm Brush Set (individual MERIT blush)| Sunday Riley Superstars Kit | Dior Beauty Ritual Set | Rare Beauty Mini Blush and Glow Set (individual Rare Beauty blush)
Makeup and skincare rarely go on sale, so when it does, it’s worth paying attention. I mean, we all use it all the time – so why not snag it at a discount, right?
Plus, I personally think beauty gifts are a totally under-rated category when it comes to holiday shopping. I know so many women who love trying new skincare and beauty products, but who don’t necessarily think to purchase it for themselves… especially if it’s something really luxe!
Enter: The Sephora Sale.
Rouge Members – 20% off from 10/27 – 11/6
VIB Members – 15% off from 10/31 – 11/6
Insiders – 10% off from 10/31 – 11/6
Also, EVERYONE can get 30% off all Sephora Collection products from 10/27 to 11/6!
I know 10-20% off might not seem like a huge discount for everything else, but this stuff adds up quick! Haven’t you ever innocently stopped by Sephora for one thing and left with $200+ worth of makeup before? I HAVE!
Does Sephora have Black Friday sales?
While Sephora does have Black Friday markdowns, they are only on select products. If you want a site-wide discount on anything and everything you could possibly want – this is the sale to take advantage of.

I really like this illuminator as a hydrating an brightening primer – it gives you a super dewy base before you put your foundation on. You can also use it as a highlighter too!
This is hands down the best foundation I’ve ever used. It’s super lightweight, medium coverage, and looks and feels like your skin, just better. It also has fermented arnica in it which helps reduce redness and protects from environmental stress.
I bought this concealer on a whim over the summer because I was looking for something lightweight that I could wear on a hot day and it’s been a favorite since.
I usually struggle with cream bronzer/contour sticks, but this one is a different story! It blends SO EASILY. It’s so creamy and lovely and gives your skin really natural warmth. I have the color Happy Sol.
I was influenced to get this blush during the spring sale and I loooove it. The compact has two blush complementary blush formulas – one creme and one powder. I put the creme on first and then brush the powder on top. So pretty! They sold out like crazy last year but I snagged She’s That Girl and it’s a great soft pink.
This flush balm in Stockholm is the perfect baby pink color – and the formula is so easy to apply. It’s buildable, it blends easily, and it’s small enough to throw in your purse for touchups! This mini set would also make an AMAZING gift.
I feel like this blush does what I always wished Glossier’s Cloud Paint would do for me! A little goes a long way but it’s easy to apply. I’ve tried a few colors (all gorgeous!) but Bliss is my current favorite for a subtle flush.
I purchased this setting powder in translucent and was super impressed, but then they sent me their pink color and WOWZA. The pink color helps neutralize and brighten dark circles, as well as create a camera-ready finish to your skin.
This little puff has been a game changer for me when it comes to applying powder under my eyes. Highly recommend!
Solo Shadow is a buildable cream-to-powder eyeshadow that comes in 8 different shades. I got Social and Vachetta and both of them are super wearable colors. I also found them very easy to apply AND they stayed on all day without creasing or smudging at all.
One of my biggest pet peeves is eyeliner that smudges. It drives me BANANAS and even my trusty eyeliners were starting to bother me. So, I thought I’d switch it up a try a liquid liner that everyone raves about. I don’t know why I thought it would be super hard to apply – it goes on very smooth and stays in place all day!
I always used to use a brow gel, but I switched over to this pencil a few years ago now and it’s great. It’s so easy to use and looks really natural. I have it in soft brown.
I don’t usually get excited about mascara because my lashes don’t curl and I hate when mascara smudges on my face – but I have to give some props to this mascara. It’s lengthening, it doesn’t clump, and it doesn’t smudge. Like AT ALL. Even on the bottom lashes! It’s also easy to take off at the end of the day.
This powder bronzer has been my go to forever – it’s a great way to add some natural bronze glow to your skin.
Don’t sleep on this lip liner! It’s from the Sephora Collection which means that anyone can get 30% off of it’s already affordable price. I have the color Rose Wine and it’s sooo pretty.
I don’t think I’ve ever loved a lipstick like I love this one. It’s so lightweight and hydrating, it feels like you have nothing on. I have the shade Millennial and it’s such a great natural pink with a soft satin finish. Out of all of the MERIT makeup products I’ve tried, this one is my favorite. It’s so good!
Sephora Sale Favorite – Skincare
I’ve been using this cleanser for years now and I always come back to it. The big selling point for me is that it’s gentle AND it takes off all your makeup. No raccoon eyes with this stuff! Other Tula products are hit and miss for me, but a few hits are the Rose Glow Eye Balm (I like to use this as a highlighter!), the Day & Night Cream (my go to in the summer), and the Claydate Mask Stick (rolls on so no messy fingers!).
If you’ve been following me a while, you know that I am OBSESSED with this lip mask. If you deal with chapped or dry lips, this is the best product I ever ever used. EVER. And it lasts forever, so it’s a great one to get on sale! If you buy one thing from this sale, it should be this. The best.
I’ve been using this Sunday Riley Retinol Serum for a few years now and it is my favorite retinol. I ran out once and didn’t want to purchase it full price – and I noticed such a difference in my skin that I bought it again as soon as I could. I use it a few times a week to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, promote clearer skin, even out your complexion, and hydrate your skin.
Sunday Riley’s C.E.O. Glow Oil is another favorite of mien from the brand. It’s a face oil but it absorbs super quickly and doesn’t make my skin feel greasy at all.
This moisturizer is another great Vitamin C product if you prefer a cream over an oil. It’s super thick and creamy – definitely a new staple for me!
This serum was a complete game changer when I was dealing with hormonal acne over the past few years. I truly don’t know what I would have done without it – and I still like to keep it on hand and use it from time to time just in case!
If you deal with dry skin, this cream is excellent. Use it on your face, your body, all over! SO GOOD.
Speaking of dry skin, this mask is basically just an ultra thick facial moisturizer. I pull it out with my skin is REALLY dry/dehydrated – usually in the winter.
This mask smells like pumpkins and fall. Need I say more?
I’ve had this silk eye mask for years now and I never go to bed without it. If you don’t know what to get someone in your life this holiday season, this makes such a great gift!
