My Favorite Skincare From Sephora
Ummmm when did Sephora start carrying Tula products?! I thought I was all done with this post until I noticed – but this cleanser DEFINITELY needs to be included. I’ve been using it for years now and I always come back to it. The big selling point for me is that it’s gentle AND it takes off all your makeup. No raccoon eyes with this stuff!
Other Tula products are hit and miss for me, but a few hits are the Rose Glow Eye Balm (I like to use this as a highlighter!), the Day & Night Cream (my go to in the summer), and the Claydate Mask Stick (rolls on so no messy fingers!).
I’ve been using this Sunday Riley Retinol Serum for a few years now and it is simply the best. I ran out once and didn’t want to purchase it full price – and I noticed such a difference in my skin that I bought it again as soon as I could. I use it 4 times a week and it helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, promote clearer skin, even out your complexion, and hydrate your skin.
THE BEST LIP PRODUCT EVER. I’m including it in the skincare section instead of makeup because that’s how I use it. I put it on almost every night before bed and it’s the only thing that really keeps my lips hydrated, even if they are super chapped in the winter. A jar also lasts forever, so it’s a great one to get on sale. I literally cannot rave about it enough. It’s amazing.
This is my favorite sunscreen. It’s not greasy at all and it looks/feels like you’re not wearing anything at all. The best. I also like their Glow Screen in the summer for a little extra, well, glow 😉
I have dark circle under my eyes so I’ve come to terms with the fact that no product is really going to change that… but I love the way this one feels so much that it still gets my endorsement!
I tried this resurfacing night serum over the holidays and immediately became a fan. It is a three-in-one product that resurfaces, hydrates, and clarifies your skin overnight to help with fine lines, wrinkles, and skin firmness.
I love this moisturizer so much. It’s thick and creamy and feels amazing on dry skin, especially in the winter. It’s the perfect moisturizer to put on at night before going to bed!
My skin got really dry a few weeks ago thanks to this crazy fluctuating weather and nothing was helping this one patch of dry skin on my cheek… besides this mask. I like to think of it as a thick moisturizer (even thicker than Honey Halo!) and I usually leave it on as an overnight mask. It’s crazy hydrating and I love that a little bit goes a long way.
This mask makes me laugh because it smells like pumpkins and Fall. I’m not kidding! Besides smelling good, I also like that it’s gently exfoliating, and it leaves your skin feeling really clean and soft.
I got a sample of this resurfacing serum and I fell in love with it. It’s exfoliating without drying out the skin too much, and I noticed my skin was significantly smoother after using it. I’m excited for my full size to arrive!
I met Stephanie, the founder of Mount Lai, on a press trip a few years ago and I was so excited when I saw her products at Sephora!! If you are in the market for a jade roller, please consider supporting this female-Asian owned business!!
My Favorite Makeup From Sephora
I don’t use this primer all the time, but it really does blur and smooth your skin so it looks really nice and glowy! I put it on under my foundation. I have shade 4 medium.
My makeup artist used this foundation on my wedding day and I loved it so much that I bought it immediately after! It is not full coverage, but it is buildable. I personally don’t love the way full coverage foundations feel usually, so this is perfect for me. I got shade 20N.
I feel like this blush does what I always wished Glossier’s Cloud Paint would do for me! I find this one to be way easier to apply. I’ve also heard good thing about their melting cream blush and I’m hoping to snag one of their bronzer sticks once I can shop the sale! I have the color Joy, but I got Bliss before that and I think I like that one the best.
I always used to use a brow gel, but I switched over to this pencil and I am obsessed. It’s so easy to use and looks really natural. I have it in soft brown.
If you’re like me and don’t like messing with eye shadow, these caviar sticks are for YOU. They’re really creamy, they glide on nicely, and they’re easy to blend. I like to put Rose Gold all over the lid and Amethyst on the edges and blend them together. So pretty!
One of my biggest pet peeves is eyeliner that smudges. It drives me BANANAS and even my trusty eyeliners were starting to bother me. So, I thought I’d switch it up a try a liquid liner that everyone raves about. I don’t know why I thought it would be super hard to apply – it goes on very smooth and stays in place all day! LOVE it.
I like having a pencil eyeliner for my bottom lash line and/or when I don’t feel like wearing liquid – and this one is amazing and only $13!!!!! I have it in 08 Brown and it’s currently 30% off right now!
I love this bronzer! It’s not sparkly so I think it looks more natural – but it’s also buildable, too!
I bought this setting powder on a whim a few months ago and I love it. It gives your skin a nice finish without drying it out. I’m a fan!
I am usually very pessimistic when it comes to mascara since my lashes are very straight, but I like this one a lot. It’s lengthening, it doesn’t clump, and it stays on!
Whenever I get compliments on my lip color, I am always wearing this lip liner in rose wine. It is so beautiful and I love the way the formula feels so much that I blend it in to my entire lip instead of just using it as a liner. Plus, it’s only $13 and 30% off!
I feel like a lot of lip balms aren’t very pigmented but this one is! It gives your lips really nice color without fully committing to lipstick. I have it in shade Empathy.
This lip balm reacts to your natural pH to create a perfectly subtle pink shade. It’s also super hydrating, so I love it on days when I don’t want to mess with lipstick!
Obviously this mousse isn’t makeup, but I had to sneak it in this roundup because it’s such a great hair product! I work a little bit into my damp hair before blowing it dry to help breathe a little more life into it – and I love that it’s not sticky at all. My hair still feels super soft! Woo!
